• Refused orders and returns are subject to freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.
• Damages and shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of package.
• Customers who renege on payment through stop payment orders or disputed credit card transactions agree to pay all costs incurred by Real Marijuana Store to recover outstanding balances (collection agency fees, travel fees, lawyer fees and all other collection costs).
